Asheville Roots

Long before he was navigating real estate contracts, Aidan was immersed in his hometown’s local business scene. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurial foodies and the founders of Rocky’s Hot Chicken Shack, he saw firsthand what it takes to build a local business from the ground up. As an Asheville High School graduate, Aidan spent his formative years here mountain biking the Blue Ridge Mountains and playing shows with his band at local venues. He has a firsthand understanding of the independent spirit and community that defines these mountains.

A Global Perspective

Aidan’s outlook has been shaped by a lifelong focus on music and language. He traveled to London and Florence to study jazz guitar and performance under world-class instructors—a path that required both intense discipline and the ability to find common ground with anyone, regardless of language.

To further connect with the world beyond the U.S., he spent over six months living in Costa Rica and Central America to master Spanish. This time abroad allows him to lead the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® network with a genuine understanding of how different cities—and the people who live in them—actually work.

A Multi-Market Career Path

His professional foundation is built on a mix of finance and creative marketing. After studying marketing and finance at UNC-Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, Aidan earned his mortgage lending license as a Business Operations Analyst at Red Ventures, working with large Banking clients like Truist, PNC, and Bank of America.

His career has since covered the most active markets in the state, including three years in Uptown Charlotte—where he specialized in the Fourth Ward condominium market, and also served as the Local Marketing Lead for the global music community Sofar Sounds.
